Grumman Agrees To Pay US $35 Million For Cleanup Costs At Bethpage Site

Northrop Grumman has agreed to pay $35 million to the United States for environmental cleanup costs related to a former plant on Long Island.

The payment resolves a civil lawsuit brought by the US against the aerospace and defense technology company, according to an announcement on Tuesday, April 12, from Breon Peace, United States attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Read more.
