Rachelle serves as President of RT ProExec and as a management liability broker. With over 20 years of experience in the management liability insurance industry, Rachelle has structured programs for companies ranging from small, privately held startups to large, publicly traded companies. Rachelle specializes in initial public offerings, publicly traded companies and complex risks in the life sciences, energy, technology and health care industries.

Rachelle joined RT in 2010 upon RT’s acquisition of OakBridge Insurance Services, a specialty intermediary focused solely on Management and Professional Liability insurance. She began her insurance career in 2003 with Chubb Specialty Insurance, where she spent over 6 years underwriting management liability, including directors and officers, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime and kidnap ransom coverage for privately held and publicly traded companies.

Rachelle is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
