How to Become Appointed

You may become appointed with us through our online platform. However, you will need to have some information handy before you begin the onboarding process:

• Errors and Omissions certificate or declarations page from your current policy.
  • We only accept a minimum per occurrence limit of no less than $1,000,000.
  • We will validate that the carrier meets our financial strength standards of an equal to or greater than of A- VII rating set forth by A.M. Best.
• Entity Tax Information.
  • Legal entity name
  • Entity Tax Classification
  • Entity Tax Identifier (Federal EIN or SSN)
    • We are mandated by the IRS to validate that the Legal name and the tax identifier reconcile per the IRS’s files. Please consult your tax advisor if you have any questions regarding this.
• Contact information.
  • Principal contact information that will sign our agreement.
  • Administration contact information.
  • Accounting contact information.
