Airports lawsuit targeting companies that sold harmful chemicals moves closer to trial

The Jackson Hole Airport Board is suing a number of companies, including 3M, DuPont and Chemours, for selling a fire-quelling foam that contains harmful contaminants known to pollute groundwater and soil.
Other airports also have joined the suit targeting chemicals that airports were required to use by the Federal Aviation Administration, with early test cases possibly headed to trial in January. Read more.
