Cedar-Sinai Sues Insurer for Alleged Pollution Cleanup Coverage Denial

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is suing an insurance company for allegedly breaching a contract to provide pollution cleanup cost coverage at its facilities that were associated with the coronavirus pandemic.

Cedars-Sinai’s Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit seeks unspecified damages with interest from AIG Specialty Insurance Co. as well as attorneys’ fees and a declaration of the rights of the parties. Read more.
