Cleaning crew mixes Drano, bleach together, leading to Hazmat incident at Colorado Springs nursing home

A nursing and rehab facility was evacuated Tuesday after firefighters say a chemical mix-up created a vapor cloud inside the building.

The Colorado Springs Fire Department says it was called to the Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation on the far west side of Colorado Springs a little before 9 a.m. Read more.
