Connecticut’s attorney general files suits against chemical manufactures for polluting CT waters

Connecticut attorney general William Tong filed two lawsuits against 28 chemical manufacturers on Thursday.
Tong said the manufacturers were responsible for knowingly contaminating Connecticut waters and harming public health with toxic “forever chemicals.”
The “PFAS” chemicals were used in firefighting and even added to products such as food packaging, carpeting, and cosmetics. Read more.
