Construction company sued over water run-off

A lawsuit claims negligence during construction of Oak Hill Estates caused significant water damage to their property.

The suit, filed by Ed Dunn Road residents Kenneth and Jessica Davis, seeks monetary relief for damages, interests, punitive damages, legal costs and other relief deemed appropriate. Read more.
