Del. AG announces lawsuit against chemical companies for contamination of natural resources

Attorney General Kathy Jennings has announced that the Delaware Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against numerous chemical companies for allegedly causing contamination of Delaware’s natural resources.

In the lawsuit, the State is alleging that 3M Company and other AFFF manufacturers caused damage to Delaware’s environment and jeopardized Delawareans’ health by introducing PFAS into rivers, streams, groundwater, soils, and wildlife. Read more.
