Evertrust being sued for “deficiencies and failures” at Niagara Falls condo

The developer behind the collapsed condo project in Welland is being sued by residents in a Niagara Falls condo.

According to the CBC, the residents of Upper Vista Niagara Falls have filed a $10 million lawsuit for “deficiencies and failures” including malfunctioning heating and air conditioning and building code violations. Read more.
