Dyer removed contaminated soil from 1965 pipeline leak, but residents still concerned

The town of Dyer is contending with a hazardous materials incident that halted a local road construction project.

Wednesday’s Dyer Town Council meeting was an opportunity for residents to question town officials about the potential dangers of the contaminated soil excavated from an area on Magnolia Avenue and the attempts to remediate the situation. Read more.
