Fort Smith Schools Files Lawsuit Alleging Construction Problems at Peak Innovation Center

Fort Smith Public Schools filed a lawsuit this week against Turn Key Construction Management Inc., alleging property damage caused by defects at the Peak Innovation Center building on Painter Lane in Fort Smith.

According to the complaint filed in Sebastian County Court on May 1; “This lawsuit is an action for property damage caused by defects and deficiences in the construction of the Peak Innovation Center.” Read more.
