The Greeley City Council has authorized city staff to evaluate pursuing legal action against a contractor who did work on the 10th Street corridor, which the city believes was unsatisfactory.

The firm, Jacobs Engineering, worked on the west 10th Street corridor in 2019, performing, per information found in the council meeting’s agenda packet, a survey, among other things, that was later found to have irregularities, the city claims.
