How bad is the Legionnaires' spike in the Flint area and how has the disease hit the rest of the state?

A spike in Legionnaires’ disease in Genesee County has further thrust Flint’s water crisis into the national spotlight.
Legionnaires’ has impacted more than 80 people and caused 10 deaths in the Flint area since the city switched its water source to the Flint River in April 2014. A link between the disease and the water switch has not been established.
But the upward tick is troubling for residents who are in crisis mode due to high levels of lead in the water, and elevated levels of lead found in Flint children. Read more.
