Iowa DNR sues bio-fuel company C6-Zero for over $1.5 million in wake of fiery explosion and environmental contamination

Iowa Department of Natural Resources is suing C6-Zero and its owner Howard Brand for more than $1.5 million.

In a lawsuit filed July 6th, IDNR cites two rounds of response to deal with the bio-fuel explosion and fire in Marengo on December 8, 2022. Read more.
