Lawsuit: Charleston chemical plant knowingly exposed workers to high mercury levels

A chemical plant in Charleston, Tennessee knowingly exposed more than a hundred workers and their family members to hazardous levels of mercury, a ‘mass tort’ lawsuit filed this week claims.

More than 150 plaintiffs have signed on to the lawsuit againstĀ Olin Chlor-Alkali, and lawyers tell us they expect that number to surpass 200. Read more.
