Lawsuit filed against company for fuel spill in Clinton County

A Clinton County resident is suing R&L Carriers following a fuel spill last week.

Zackory Adams is listed as the main plaintiff in the lawsuit filed in Clinton County.

Officials said 23,000 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from a holding tank on the property R&L Carriers. Some of the fuel spilled into Dutch Creek. Read more.
