Maryland Attorney General sues company over claims of PFAS contamination at 13 facilities

Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown just filed a complaint in U.S. District Court saying W. L. Gore & Associates is putting residents’ health at risk with contamination from PFAS.

W.L. Gore denies the allegations in the lawsuit and calls itself a responsible manufacturer. Read more.
