NH Sues Monsanto, Solutia, Inc., and Pharmacia for PCB Contamination

Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Gov. Chris Sununu announce that the state has filed suit against several manufacturers of polychlorinated biphenyls or PCBs.
The state has sued Monsanto Company, Solutia, Inc., and Pharmacia LLC for contamination of public property, surface water, sediment, fish, wildlife, marine resources, and other natural resources. Read more.
