NJ Manufacturing Company Sues Insurer to Recoup PFAS Remediation Losses

Illinois Union Insurance, a Chubb subsidiary, was slapped with a federal insurance coverage lawsuit by Shamrock Technologies over the insurer’s refusal to provide coverage for per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) remediation. Shamrock alleged that Illinois has a duty to defend and pay for loss under their umbrella and general liability policies. Read more.
