Spokane International Airport receives enforcement order for PFAS contamination cleanup

The West Plains Community continues to deal with PFAS contamination.

PFAS, also known as “Forever Chemicals” are found in everyday products. The Washington Department of Ecology issued an enforcement order wanting the Spokane International Airport to clean up the pollution and be named as the group responsible for the contamination sooner rather than later.
