State suing feds over contamination on Joint Base, other federal facilities

New Jersey is suing the federal government over its use of toxic chemicals that contaminated the groundwater and drinking water on and around Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.

Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Commissioner Catherine R. McCabe announced the lawsuit Thursday. Read more.
