Zurich’s US environmental practice has stopped writing site-specific pollution legal liability (PLL) having previously been a major player in the space, with broker CAC Specialty commenting that capacity remains abundant because of new entrants in recent years.

In an update, CAC Specialty stated that Zurich has stopped offering site-specific PLL on new business and will cease providing renewal quotations on in-force business as of the start of May.  Read more.
