Hugh Mooney, President, National Property and Regional Executive Vice President, RT Specialty, has more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s national property strategy and oversees regional performance, as well as driving operational excellence across diverse property segments.

Hugh joined RT Specialty in 2020 when RT Specialty acquired All Risks, LTD. At All Risks, he progressed through senior leadership roles, beginning as a property broker and ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and Regional Leader for the Southeast.

Hugh’s early career includes service at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta from 1996 to 2005, where he held management roles across Loss Control, Loss Mitigation, Quality Control, and Supply Chain Operations within the Coca-Cola USA Fountain and Food Services Divisions. He began his career as a project manager with Dorsett Industries, a manufacturer of automotive and marine carpets and flooring.

Hugh is a 1995 graduate of The University of Georgia, earning a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance. His industry and community involvement has included service as a prior Board Member and Executive Committee Member for Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in Atlanta, former WSIA Legislative Committee Member, and current Board Member for Dorsett Industries (2017–present).
