RT ProExec Current Program Review

Unlike most products in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, Professional and Executive Liability policies are not standardized. As a result, seemingly small differences in policy language can lead to significant differences in coverage. Each policy form must be carefully reviewed and amended in order to secure a comprehensive policy which will respond appropriately in the event of a claim. Our ability to highlight coverage deficiencies (and explain the implications of those deficiencies) has greatly assisted RT ProExec’s retail trading partners in securing BORs – not only on the Professional and Executive Liability – but often on entire insurance programs.

In addition to the review of policy language, RT ProExec also typically reviews premium, retention, limit adequacy, and the overall program structure. Building on the reliance on publicly available sources, RT ProExec also draws extensively on our proprietary database of account-specific data and limits modeling tools.

RT ProExec Marketing

RT ProExec’s submissions to the marketplace are designed to provide underwriters with an outline of coverage specifications, supplemented by cogent underwriting arguments and an Executive Summary. As a result of our internal pre-underwriting process, information and explanations regarding potential underwriting concerns are provided to underwriters upfront. The marketing process for both new business and renewals involves canvassing all insurers deemed viable markets for the risk at hand. The placement process is thorough, yet focused enough to quickly distinguish the underwriters who will be potential contenders for a given risk, from those who will not be competitive. RT ProExec provides a complete summary of market responses in our proposals.

RT ProExec’s approach to the marketing process yields positive results time and time again.

RT ProExec Proposals

For each account, RT ProExec delivers an electronic, client-ready proposal that clearly outlines and discusses the viable negotiated quotations. RT ProExec’s goal is to assist decision makers in fully understanding the coverage they are purchasing. RT ProExec includes a clear and concise introduction and a summary of all the responses received during the marketing process. For insureds who want to dig deeper, we provide an in-depth, subjective discussion of key issues regarding coverage and exposures.

RT ProExec Claims Management

Everything RT ProExec does is focused on ensuring that clients’ claims are paid. RT ProExec Claims resources include two of the most experienced claims advocates in the insurance business:

  • RT ProExec’s Claims Manager, Marissa G. Streckfus, brings a decade of professional liability claims experience. Marissa adjusted claims in various professional lines including Employment Practices Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Cyber Liability for a major insurer before coming to RT ProExec. Marissa’s deep expertise and skill in coverage is instrumental in obtaining favorable results in contentious claim situations.
  • RT ProExec’s claims resources also include Kevin LaCroix who has been providing counsel on Executive Liability insurance matters for over 25 years. Kevin began his distinguished career as a coverage attorney and partner in one of the nation’s preeminent coverage firms. Kevin subsequently ran the claims operations for a leading D&O facility, prior to becoming the facility’s President. The depth of Kevin’s knowledge and experience ensures that his representation of client’s interests conveys credibility and commands respect. With these unparalleled claims resources, RT ProExec is uniquely positioned to represent clients when they become involved in claims.
RT ProExec CE Classes & Seminars

Professional and Executive Liability. RT ProExec collaborates with our retail partners to produce seminars for the benefit of existing or prospective clients, and often, local centers of influence such as law firms and accountants.

RT ProExec can also work with our retail partners to design accredited CE courses for their staff.

In addition, RT ProExec is frequently invited to present at or moderate industry conferences related to Professional and Executive Liability. RT ProExec believes that the opportunity to participate in such forums reinforces our reputation as a leading force in the industry and enhances the credibility that we can share with our retail trading partners.

This listing is not intended to be an all-encompassing record of capabilities, products or services, but merely a guide for representational purposes only.
