Master Condo Product

2 to 4 unit condo buildings are common in coastal areas where land is at a premium. Many local governments require these 2 to 4 unit multiple family / multiple owner dwellings to be deeded as Master Condominiums with by-laws. Many carriers write these on a commercial form. RT has a personal lines product written on an HO-3 form to cover the building up to the studs or interior walls picking up where the HO-6 leaves off.
