Excess flood coverage may be a beneficial supplement to primary flood limits.

Policy Features
  • Cobra and non-participating communities
  • Loss of use available in some markets
  • Residential Dwelling (1-2 family)
  • Primary, Secondary and Tenant occupancies
Excluded Classes
  • Properties built on stilts over water
  • Condominium
  • Dwellings with more than 1 flood loss
  • Buildings located in V Zones and Negative Elevations must be approved by the company
  • Builder’s Risk
Limits Available
  • Maximum limit – $5M TIV for Building & Contents
Special Requirements
  • Residential Contents can be bound only in conjunction with building coverage.
  • Underlying flood policy declarations page and elevation certificate (where applicable) must accompany the completed excess flood application.
