Ineligible Risks

  • Abortion facilities (outpatient)
  • Ambulance companies
  • Emergency centers
  • Hospitals specializing in the treatment of HIV / AIDS
  • Mental hospitals
  • Public hospitals in urban centers
  • Rehabilitation facilities (substance abuse treatment facilities)
