Westminster retains outside lawyer to potentially sue companies that produced “forever chemicals”

The City of Westminster is hiring an outside counsel to potentially sue some of the country’s largest chemical companies for their use of deadly “forever chemicals” that are found nearly everywhere and can’t be erased from the environment

Westminster councilors this week approved plans to hire the law firm of Keller Rohrback for its experience in litigating claims related to poly-fluoroalkyl contamination on behalf of cities across the country. Read more.
