One of Hudson County’s most polluted properties is in line for a federal cleanup. But first, officials have to figure out who will pay for it.

The Environmental Protection Agency is working to determine who will foot the bill for the remediation of the Diamond Head Oil Refinery Superfund site, a severely polluted swathe of land sandwiched between Harrison Avenue in Kearny and state Route 280. Read more.
