Online Payments
Please refer to the payment instructions provided on your invoice or statement for the correct system and method.

• Electronic checks may incur a flat charge (please have your checking account and routing number ready).
• Credit card payments may be subject to a percentage-based charge. We accept major credit cards, including American Express.
• If paying through an online system, please allow time for your invoice to process before making payment.

Physical Check Payments
Please follow the mailing address and payee details listed on your invoice or statement.

• Include invoice copies with your check.
• Reference your quote number, policy number, and the name of the insured in the memo line.

Important Note:
Should a payment be remitted via the wrong method, we will make every effort to ensure funds are directed to the correct location within RT. The more information you provide with your payment (such as invoice copies, quote/policy numbers, and insured name), the faster and more accurately we can apply your payment. If you receive a request to change banking instructions, please contact Premium Accounting via a known phone number.
