This residential flood program builds on RT Specialty’s past experience in assisting homeowners in obtaining protection in times of need. This program has a generally wider scope of coverage and a choice of higher limits than most alternative flood products currently available.
- 7 day waiting period for new business
- Does not apply when lender mandates an insured purchases flood insurance (proof of closing required)
- Does not apply as a result of the insured building is reclassified as a Special Flood Hazard Area within the previous 60 days
- No need to obtain flood certificates
- Direct Bill available
- Dwelling Replacement Cost up to $2.5M or NFIP Limits
- Personal Property – 70% of Coverage A – replacement cost optional
- Other Structures – 10% of Coverage A
- Additional Living Expenses – 20% of Coverage A
