A nearby resident filed a lawsuit against all entities working on the project for damage to her home and bodily injuries allegedly from exposure to construction dust from the highway project.

Street and Road Contractor – Diesel Fuel

During the project, one of the contractor’s dump trucks accidentally backed into and ruptured a mobile refueling tank. 300 gallons of diesel fuel was released onto the surface and migrated into a nearby storm drain.
